Does generic Ambien work well?!


Question: I just took Rozerem and it knocked me out for longer than I needed to sleep, kept waking me up too. When I finally started to wake up, I still feel really groggy and moody. Will generic ambien work better?

Generic ambien I have found does much better for the mornings than rozerem. You don't wake up feeling you have a cup of coffee but the mornings are much more bearable

I was given Temazepan it works pretty good. I'm only hung over If I take it too late in the night. Usually take about two hours before you plan to go to bed. Should last around six hours. But everyone is different. Good Luck. P.S.in a desperate moment I take a Benadryl.

An alternative to your medicine would be to take calcium 800mg to magnesium 400mg an hour prior to bed and refrain from caffeine supplements not just at night but totally. Calcium calms the nerves and magnesium relaxes the muscles and blood vessels.
