Why does my body feel jumbled up when I meditate?!

Question: Sometimes when I meditate my body feels like a Picasso painting. I don't feel like I'm in my body, or like my body is all jumbled up, and it's really a disturbing feeling. Like, I might feel like "I" am somewhere to the right, but my breathing is to the left and I don't know where the rest of me is. It's a little like I'm outside my body, but not exactly, and it doesn't feel good or liberating. Maybe it's just a need to sit up straight, or my chakras, or something else. Anyone have any ideas on why this is, and what I need to do to fix it?

your emotions are getting settled. stress is subduing. it is OK. It is supposed to happen and the more you mediate, the less it feels that way.

You're probably doing a wrong, mantra form of meditiation (which is very bad). If so, check out the meditation at fhu.com.

They have one that you can download for free.

You don't need to fix it. Either you are really meditating of youre not. Maybe your horny or something too
