Evening primrose capsules are great, I take them for my menstrual cycle, because I used to get very bad PMS and cramps, and the Evening Primrose oil has helped a lot.
They won't do your daughter any harm, they just add vitamin and mineral supplements to the diet and the body takes what it needs to manufacture whatever hormones it needs to deal with what's going on in it. Much better than taking artificial hormones.
