Does Qui-gong realy work?!
Question: Ancient Chinese believed qi was the most fundamental entity making up the world, and everything in the universe resulted from the movement and change of qi. By tracking and building up our own qi, a practitioner of qi-gong can activately realign all levels, move together or create new internal environments in the body. Moreover, this kind of self-practice exercise helps to attain a higher level of intellectual and spiritual states of mind.

yes it does. energy/chi entering the body and nourishing our organs is just as vitally important as the blood that flows throughout our bodies too, in fact chi is even more important, energy flows can get blocked just like a blood clot. i am a therapist of traditional oriental medicine and many of my clients who cannot get pregnant have blocked chi in the pelvic area flows...for example...once the blocks are gone, they conceive!
yeah he fought against darth maul and trained obi wan
"Qi" is imaginary. That's ALL you need to know.
What the ancient Chinese believed is irrelevant. They also believed an eclipse was caused by a monster eating the sun. Their beliefs are not useful.
