Not much and should be avoided at all costs even if given as a prescription. Both are highly addictive.
oxycodone is stronger. and can be available as pure oxycodone withotu the tylenol in it.
hydrocodone is not as strong and always comes with tylenol in it. at least in the us.
oxycodone is also generally more addictive, but it really depends on the person and their body chemistry with the drug.
