Anyone with candiasis cough up foul smelling white chunks?!
Question: i'm quite sure i'm suffering from candiasis and i always feel as though there is something in my throat i can't cough up. sometimes i cough up a tiny white chunk, i suppose it is candida albicans, and it has the most foul smell. anyone else experience this? any help?

They are normal. It's okay, they actually come from your tonsils, and the nick name for them in "Tonsil Stones." It's basically mucous and bacteria that formed in pockets of your tonsils.
They can do no physical harm, though.
Try gargling twice a day with scope and they should go away (after all, like I said, they are made from bacteria. This will reduce the amount greatly.)
