Um, honey, I wouldn't waste perfectly good adderall like that. Just swallow the damn pill!!! The heat will most likely destroy the chemical structure. I had a stupid friend try to free-base an adderall one time and it didn't do sh!t to him. So, just swallow and enjoy. (Note: Snorting it wastes half the damn pill too AND F#cks up your nasal cavitities.)

well i take adderall and if you smoke right after you take it you will feel the effects almost instantly and you will smoke a lot of cigs while on adderall! it feels really good.
You'll feel it really strong and the smoke will probably be absolutely horrible. My friends used to crush up their vicodin and put it on their weed before they smoked it and they said that worked. I would just be careful though, it could just make you really sick.
