Colon Cleansing?!
Question: Does anyone know of any natural healthy colon cleansing products or has anyone ever had experience receiving a colonic? What can I expect? I live in the NY/NJ area and I think I might be interested.

I did Dual Action Cleanse and it was great. It helped with bloating, cleared up my skin a bit and I just generally felt better - more energy and better sleep. I wouldn't do a colonic, it doesn't sound nice!
Go to the cereal section of your grocery store and buy a box of bran flakes, If you really want to do a number buy raisin bran.
www.blessedherbs.com has one that is supposed to be good, but I haven't tried it yet, but I was thinking about using theirs.
what ever you do make sure you don't buy those colon cleansing drugs that they advertise on tv. they have killed so many people because they don't actually detox your body there just a scam.
There are a lot of colon products reviewed over at NutritionalTree.com. They don't sell any of them though, so you might find one that people seem to like and then call local health stores in your area and see if they carry them.

Buy only quality brands and do not let your body get addicted to them--buy products that you will only need to use a week or two.
