Question: So I started today. I mixed the fiber in cranberry juice but it clumped instantly. Is there a way to make it not clump? Also, have you ever had any issues w/ running to the bathroom or not making it? Grateful for any experience. Thx!

I did the entire program and didnt really see much change. Maybe I should have gone two months instead of one who knows. What I found to be the best mixture with the fiber mix was milk (i used soy), a little bit of instant coffe mix and the fiber mix. It made it taste much less gross. I used one of those hand mixers to mix it. You have to drink it down fast otherwise it starts to get think and clump. Also from my experience the mornings are the only time you really have to "run" to the bathroom. Usually you can start to feel some cramping and thats when you know its time to start heading to the bathroom. Good Luck!

Just start it over the weekend around a bathroom and use a small blender. Things should normalize within 3 days.

Can you get a shaker cup, they do a good job, mix it up quickly and drink before it gels. If you will start slowly and build up the dosage you will find it is much easier. Remember the signal isn't a notice that you need to stroll over the the restroom in the next hour or so, it is a five minute advance warning.
Oh yea, I find that grape juice or orange juice are a lot better than cranberry.
