Since nobody has answered, I'll toss in my 2 cents.
There is no such thing as an HGH supplement. HGH is only available in ingestible forms as a synthetic drug because it's not legal to pop open a human body and harvest their HGH, and that would be the only way it's available in nature (which is what supplements typically are... natural).
If you're referring to Growth Hormone Releasers, there are quite a few people that use those. They are combinations of Vitamins and Amino Acids that help encourage your body to release it's own natural growth hormone. Many people get benefits similar to HGH drugs like feeling younger, more energy, etc, etc.
Some people have trouble with an increase in their Growth Hormone because it throws off the balance of the rest of their hormones. Some have trouble if they are taking certain drugs or have a medical condition (which is why it's best to check with a doctor or pharmacist before taking it), and some have a problem with an increase in blood pressure from the circulation increase (which goes back to the medical condition).
I've used it in the spray form. It gives energy and enhances muscle growth if you're working out.
I began taking HGH this past year in effort to increase my energy & overall sense of well being. After several months I DID indeed begin to notice an improved state of health, with a general feeling of wellness associated with increase in energy & stamina as well. However, I have also concentrated on increasing antioxidants within my diet regime that I believe has also enhanced my overall sense of well-being.
