supplements just help ur body. not bad.. but certainly not good.
u should try getting vitamins/ minerals from fruits, vegetables, etc.
and if you overdose. its not good.
Drugs are not viruses that fight other viruses, you've been misinformed.
i'm not completely sure what you mean, but like vitamin pills are okay i've taken flinstones multi vites for too many years to count, yeah they're kids vitamins but they come in cool colors and taste like the best fake fruit i've had in years.
but for drugs you can't buy at the supermarket, generally stay away from the powders and things with needles, if it's leafy and green it's probably okay.
