if you take enough of them, paracetamol would give you liver damage and you could die, nurofen will cause stomach ulcers if not taken with food.

Not as addictive all maybe except nurofen plus as it has codeine in it which is highly addictive, I would try and avoid taking pain killers to often as its bad for your liver. :)

their are many sutiable natural remedies for pain but the issue is the pain itseld this is the bodys way of telling you something is wrong try to understand what the cause is and then doctor that problem . hope this helps!
