its a really god question and ive been trying to find a definite answer out for it for ages. i believe most fish oil caps are processed using heat so that would mean the omega isnt completely damaged although we don't know what temperature they use. I would suggest when cooking fish for omegas, slightly undercooking or een raw (as in sashimi) is better than overcooking and especially frying.

if its omega 3's you want... just go to walmart and get some from the vitamin section... shouldnt cost more than 10 bucks for a month's supply

dont get vitamins at ...walmart. Go with a reputable supplier like Schiff, NOW, or Solgar

As far as I know, no. Heating oils other than ghee in cooking over 100 degrees farenheit oxides oils, which cause inflammation in the body by creating numerous substances that you don't want. Omega 3's and 6's compete for binding at receptor sites and 6 always wins, so don't eat them together in a meal if you want omega 3, which you do. Omega 6's are red meat, nuts, seeds, and grains.

no but ,like any other meat it should be cooked properly steamed or baked ,never fried or overcooked.
