It would be a bad idea. The person could be allergic to either of the things you would put in their drink and how cruel to do that to anyone let alone a friend. Someone did that to my mom years ago and she ended up in the hospital fighting for her life.
NO it is not a good idea to dose anyone. There could be charges filed against you for doing this.
If you want your friend to want to have sex with someone, just ask him. Men are like that most of the time.
