Yes the train thing is what a lot of folks find when doing Salvia. As to the body pain, that is caused by the muscle spasms caused by the stimulants in the herb in question.
wow don't know why you took it but it sounds like you definately do not need it.if you took it for a specific need check out different remedies for the same symtom mabe you just need a different remedy? good luck and take care!!
when I tried salvia divinorum nothing happened... so then I did even more - then I kind of felt slowed down, but nothing crazy happened. My whole body didn't hurt, but I did feel really funny... I don't know how to describe it, but I think fuzzy is a good adjective. The only part of me that hurt was my throat and my lungs from smoking it. I don't know if I smoked it right though, because I've heard that it's supposed to give you a very intense high.
