Hemp plants are still illegal in some places despite it's lack of drug content because it's similarity to marijuana. You can also buy legal buds from magazines like high times and cannabis culture. It's advertised as a hybrid, and states in the adds that the product they sell is not marijuana. I've always assumed that they contain no THC since they are sold world wide. But they look very real.
