Try eating lots of high fiber foods like green leafy vegetables and fruits.
What makes you think you need to "cleanse?' Just a bunch of bs! Eat healthy, exercise, drink when you're thirsty. Your fantastic body will keep itself clean without any "extra" from you. Or, in spite of it.
"Cleansing" is new-age nonsense. There is ZERO evidence that any of these "cleansing" regimens have any benefit at all.
Don't get suckered into these scams.
