drip warm salt water up your nose. When you have access you may like to get a neti pot, they are available on line and in health food stodes. They are just a little pot like alladin's lamp with a long spout designed to easily pirt the salt water up the nose so that it completely flushes the sinuses. Meanwhile, you can use an eye dropper or just dip a clean wash cloth into the salt water and tilt your head back and squeeze the water out of the wash cloth up your nose.

Good luck.

If a hot shower doesn't unstuff you, try one of these:
1. Horseradish
2. Chinese mustard
3. Peel an onion
4. Hot Pepper

Any of them will decongest you.

Feel better!

essential oils - tea tree or eucalyptus are good. at night dab maybe 3 drops on the pillow

The #1 thing for nose problems is simple saline solution...

$2.00 at walgreens.

It helps your stuffy nose and if used often helps wash out virus and bacteria before they can latch on...

A LOT of colds and illness can be prevented by a simple salt water spray...

Try NeilMed Sinus Rinse. Most likely you don't have a kit at home already, but if you can get to a store or have someone pick it up for you'll really get relief. It works better than anything else I have tried. It contains normal saline (sodium chloride) and baking soda (sodium bicarbonate). It is pH balanced and is isotonic.
