Well, it completely depends on what you are taking it for. I suggest a basic, 1-a-day Multivitamin for all round well-being. Also, it never hurts to load up on vitamin C. If you find yourself not eating much dairy, take a calcium pill once in a while, because it is good in defending yourself from Osteoporosis.
