Home remedies for sore throat?!


Question: my mom's sick right now, and i'm tryna get her better. she's been sleepin A LOT, but i know i needa help her some other ways too. suggestions?

echinacea is a herb that is very effective on colds and the flu. warm water with lemon juice will help a sore throat
Make her some tea with honey and lemon.
hot/warm chamomille tea with lemon and honey.
gargling salt water helps a sore throat
If she has a lot of drainage/congestion, you can do a sinus wash with saline (salt-water). A hot shower will also help. Relieving the drainage will help her sore throat. God Bless!
