Grapefruit seed extract drops in water. Get GSE in red and white dropper bottle. Tastes nasty but works great. Gargle and swollow every few hours until you get relief which will be that day. Also, twist a tissue in the solution and clean out your nose with it to kill bacteria.

8 oz of water, two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar, two tablespoons of honey and a teaspoon of cayenne pepper. Tastes horrible but it works.
