Has any one tried Reliv??!
Question: If you want to buy the long testimonials from the Reliv distributors, be my guess. I got cornered by one of those people in Starbucks lately and did not escape for an hour. Suffice it to say that their products are overrated and ridiculously overpriced.
It is an MLM company, which means their products are necessarily too expensive. In the case of Reliv, that means paying $100/month or so for a multi-vitamin.
If you want a multi-vitamin, go to a site like NutritionalTree.com (which does not sell anything) and see what the market believes is the best. Products are rated based on actual reviews. You will find that you can get a high quality multi-vitamin for about 1/3rd of the price.

I am 55 years old and own a health and nutrition business. I also have taught fitness. I started buying Reliv products for myself, my husband and my 84 year old mother in law last November 12. I had severe carpal tunnel and joint issues in my left hand, and had spent the last two years in a wrist brace. I had been treated by a doctor and a chiropractor to no avail and my pain, on a scale of 1 - 10 was about an 8. My mother in law had had her blood work done, and her cholesterol was at 279 - very high. She also had severe arthritis in her hands so badly that when she closed her hands, she had to use the other hand to open the fingers again as it hurt too bad for her to open them up herself. My husband had had 14 shoulder dislocations, 3 surgeries, and two rotator cuff surgeries, and his left shoulder was so weak and in so much pain that he was sure that he was going to need another surgery.
After just 6 weeks on these products, I found that the feeling was back in my fingers and that I could take the wrist brace off without problems. The pain left my wrist and now I have almost full flexibility back. My mother in law began to be able to wiggle her fingers without pain about the same time, and now her hands are pain free. We just had her blood work done and her cholesterol is now at 231 - a 47 point drop in her cholesterol level without medication. My husband, the cynic in the family, just realized 2 weeks ago that his shoulder was pain free and that the strength and flexibility was back. He said it happened so gradually that he didn't even know it was happening. He also had a torn meniscus in his knee from playing softball that is also completely pain free. My skin is clear and I have great energy. I no longer have need to take naps and have a clarity of thinking that I haven't enjoyed in years. Everyone I know that is taking this consistently - and I stress consistently - has had great results with their health.
There are people who are uninformed who will write opinions here based only on opinion or misinformation. I encourage you to get all your facts about this company, and if someone is talking to you about it, get on the phone calls and listen to what the people have to share. You will hear many success stories. This company has a squeaky clean reputation, has, in 20 years, never had a lawsuit, and has been written up in Business Week, Fortune and Forbes magazines as a strong, solid reputable company. The January issue of Success From Home dedicated the entire issue to reviewing this business.
Just remember that this company makes no health claims. The products carry US patents and the company stresses that the body is the miracle. When you get the perfect balance into the body, the body knows what to do with it. I believe they have found that balance, and my body is the proof - after taking many different kinds of nutritional things. This is our story. We will stay on these products as long as we live.
Addendum: Results speak more than words. We have found these products far cheaper than the prescription drugs, poor health and hospital stays that we otherwise might have to go through. Being in a health and nutrition business, and having taught fitness, I have reviewed literally hundreds of supplement programs and food products. I have never seen products that have had so many people get such positive, ongoing results - or seen such results in our own families. I had us on about 30 vitamins per day before going on these products, and had been following similar regimens for years, with our family - especially my mother in law - continuing to spiral downward. This is the only product that we saw make a difference.
I have no interest in selling you anything. You will notice that I did not refer you to any website of mine or tell you to email me. I have no financial interest in telling you my story. I am just saying: Investigate, listen to the stories further, and get all your facts (something that I don't believe the "poster" below me ever did).
