I've used it a couple times over the last six months, and it seems to work pretty much as advertised. However, it's not a miracle, and it seems to leave some minor scarring. But, I'd still recommend it.

Also, I'll mention that I've gone the surgical route as well, and Dermatend's not quite as good, but it's far less expensive(although it's still not cheap).
