u can take AmbienCR, Zolpidem, Lunesta, sonata, rozerem.

You can take Coptis in some warm water but it's hard to find, usually you can only find it online. It knocks you out cold though. Also, L-Ornithine (a naturally occurring amino acid) helps you sleep. You can find it at a health food store.

If you want a natural supplement, try melatonin, GABA, or relora.

If you go this route, choose your brand carefully. Visit a site like NutritionalTree.com that rates various supplements but does not sell any.
