What is the quickest way to get rid of a hangover?!

i know this is an old question and i'm sure you're over your hangover by now but coconut water is great for re-hydration, full of natural potassium & electrolytes. It fixes hangovers no problem and quickly.

Well the quickest way would be to have a couple beers, but that can lead into a physical dependence on alcohol quite rapidly. Your next best bet is to drink a lot of water and eat as much healthy food as possible. Most of the hangover is simply dehydration mixed with lack of sleep (even though you pass out you are still in a very light sleep when intoxicated) alcohol turns to sugar in your body and wakes you back up.

Drink again for a bit believe me you get rid of it but if you want pills try Sub7

couple advil, greasy food works great for hangovers, lots of water, and if all else fails having another beer with help a bit

lots of water, greasy food (pizza, burgers, etc) and ibuprofen....

At least three glasses of water with what ever pain reliever works best for you. Be sure to look at the water as you drink it. Drinking out of a clear glass will also help as you are looking at the water. You feel badly because you are dehydrated, alcohol, coffee and the others suggested will only dehydrate you more. You should stay up and awake so that your pain reliever doesn't over tax your liver, as it is already working over time due to your alcohol consumption. Eating food will also dehydrate you further, since your body needs water to digest food. By looking at the water while you are drinking it, your body becomes more aware that you are drinking water.

advil, gatorade and water

drink lots of water BEFORE you go to bed. It will help your body not get so dehydrated.

food and sleep

food...............it will absorb the alcohol

A hot shower and brewed coffee in the morning and then eat lots of banana, it works for me.

Sleep it off... and see how you feel tomorrow... Gatorade is a great thing also. You don't want to get dehydrated.
