Whats the best way to hypnotise someone and does it work?!

Question: As a clinical hypnotherapist and timeline therapist, there are many ways to put someone into trance!

its worth knowing your intention for doing so, and unless your qualified id say not to bother doing so...

You need excellent rapport skills for starters and also agreement and affirmation from your client! its got to be ok....finding out your clients beliefs about hypnosis is key, as if they have limiting beliefs about the practice then its fair to say that it may be a challenge to work with!

Learning and using suggestive language is important...language that is vague and that doesnt lead the client is very important and that you are not "installing" your own beliefs into someone....what you are doing is working with the sub concious which takes things VERY literally, so caution is advised when someone is in trance!

Know what is a trance is a skill....some people sleep...or cataleptic or some are wide awake it depends so know what to look for in "sensory accuity" or body language helps.

if you want to learn how to do it without being un-ethical or medlesome..try matching someones breathing rate...watch their shoulders rise and follow their movements, taking in breath at the same times....mirror their actrions subtly....that way you will gain better rapport and build relationships of trust...try that to start with and stop if your not sure!

you can really mess with someones stuff if not careful!

One of my clients has cronic drug problems...after Hypnosis he remarked that the skill worked soild for days when his drugs would only last for a few hours...the brain is powerful beyond measure!!

Be curious and be ethical! good luck!

I think you need to take a huge wad of hundred dollar bills and wave them slowly and rhythmically in front of me... maybe I will succumb to the auto suggestions...?? maybe not?? LOL...

Cheers

if you have that talent to hypnotize and you know how to use it, even if mere talking to the individual, you can already perform the hypnotism.
