Gout is a build up of acid that had been deposited in the tissues or joints (arthritis). This can happen at any age.
Two things I have found that help the body eliminate the acids, are Lemon and Honey (mixes half and half - drink about 1 oz. as needed, 1-5 times a day for as long as needed), and Bing Cherries (eat 6-10 a day for about 2 weeks - may need to be repeated if symptoms return).
