Is there a food which will dissolve arterial plaque?!

Question: Atherosclerosis is a condition that must be prevented. There are foods and supplements and lifestyles that can help do this. The unfortunate part is that once it forms, there is no going in the reverse direction. If you have this it is still prudent to watch saturated fat intake and cholesterol levels but real intervention is needed to open occluded blood vessels. Stents and bypass is the only way to deal with this.

Systemic enzymes.

Vital Zyme X is the supplement version of what you would find in vine ripened organic plant foods loaded with it.

Digestive enzymes are different in function.

Combine that with fatty acids, known as omega oils.

Antioxidants that are food based, not synthetic. Like there are versions of vitamin E that are bad for you and only a couple of companies make a version your body utilizes that is good for you.

There is a difference...

None that have been proven yet. The BEST thing is to prevent the Plaque from building up in the FIRST place- by eating a diet filled with Fish, fresh fruits & vegetables. :)

Vitalzym is good which has the enzyme of serrapeptase in it. It is good for inflammation.Nattokinase is also good it is not in vitalzyme but both are good for eating up plaque or dead matter in your system.

You can ask an Alternative Medicine Practitioner and/or a dietitian about what might help with the build up. But dissolving it away sound like wishful thinking.

Oats and oatbran are supposed to be excellent in reducing arterial plaques. So are rosemary, thyme and butchers' broom. There is a product called Circucaps by Sanhelios. It contains all 3 of these herbs, in greatly concentrated form. It's wonderful for circulation!

Try "Serrapeptase".
