Well honestly I haven't heard that one..but I do know that lemon helps. Here are a couple I picked out for you. I also like natural remedies. God bless =]

Home Remedies for Headache with Peppermint Teas or Chamomile Tea:
Peppermint or chamomile tea could calm you down. This home remedy is most effective to headaches that are caused by stress. After drinking a hot cup of peppermint or chamomile tea, just lie down and try to sleep comfortably. When you wake up, your headache should be gone.

Treat Headache with Betel Leaves:
Betel leaves could be a very good topical treatment for headaches. Just get some leaves and heat it a little. Place it over the affected area. Betel leaves has cooling properties that can help soothe down the pain. It also acts like an analgesic that can get rid of headaches fast.

Natural Treatments for Headache with Cinnamon:
Cinnamon contains substances that could help ease the pain associated to headaches. You are going to need finely ground cinnamon for this. Mix at least a teaspoon of cinnamon with a teaspoon of water. Apply the mixture on the painful part of your head. That should give you immediate relief from headaches.

Natural Remedies for Headache with Ginger:
Ginger has an uplifting flavor that could get rid of headaches fast. But along with that, it can also treat you of depression or anxiety. Cut some ginger root and boil it in water. Strain the solution and drink it like a tea. That should give you immediate relief from headaches. If you suffer from chronic headaches, be sure to stock up your kitchen with ginger

Mmmm...I suffered from migraine since I was 9 years old (currently, 24 years old). They stopped when I learned to relax with meditation, breathing and relaxation techniques.

Acupuncture works wonder on head aches. However, what I used to do in order to get rid of migraine was: a relaxing shower, paracetamol and caffeine, lay in bed with no light in the room and some ice in my head. Ice works really nicely!

I have to try the tea infusions mentioned before! They do sound delicious! LOL...

:D

Why not give it a try? And give us a feed-back. If head-ache is caused by loss of fluids and the resultant electrolytes, it would help.

You could try tumeric...it naturally reduces inflammation.
