Hoarse voice?!
Question: could i be coming down with a cold?
my throat feels dry and scratchy and even after drinking..it still feels dry and scratchy and my voice is starting to go hoarse.
..my nose is a little runny..not stuffed and...and not running...but its a little runny lol
i just told my mom to pick me up a box of tea and honey..what else can i get?

Your mom is right... tea and honey will be the best thing! If you go to a Trader Joe's or Whole Foods... (not sure where you are located) there is a particular type of herbal tea specifically for coating a dry throat. It's awesome.
I don't know about that...but drink some hot lemon tea and it should come back to full restration
