I would guess that it'd be ok since there's vinegar douches on the market. Personally I'm super sensitive to anything like that so it wouldn't work for me. Just don't use too much. good luck!
You can drink it mixed with half water and it will also help to clean out your system. I do not know about bathing in it, but it is good for sunburn to take out the sting of the burn, so it will not hurt you in a bath with water,

It will be ok. However, it will not remove any "toxins" from your body. That is just a myth.
