Can you? Yes. Should you? No.
You can light anything on fire and stick it in a pipe to inhale it, but there's more than a drug in a pill. There are fillers, there are flow agents, and there are other excipients used to make the pill (including artificial colors in many drugs).
There are some excipients that are perfectly safe to swallow because they aren't digested, but those same excipients are toxic and can kill you when you breathe it in a vaporous form (which would happen if you burn/smoke it).
Smoking some pills (whether they are a drug, vitamin, or anything else) will kill you within a few minutes... some may take hours or days but will kill you later.
Why would you want to? Thats what I'd like to know...

I don't think all pills would be effective if you smoked them rather than injesting them. It probably has something to do with the way it reacts to heat.
I am sure you can smoke anything, I can not imagine smoking my meds though. I hope you were not smoking something when you asked this. You just can'tbe serious.
when I was yonger I remember grinding up aspirin and other relaxers and rolling it in tobacco and smoking it. It was supposed to get you high. I don't think it really did, we all acted like we were, but you know how kids are.
