Sore throat cure?!
Question: I have a sore throat from eating too many lollies and chocolates at my friends party, it's really hurting and im wondering does anyone have any natural cures? I hate lozenges, and i want something that works really good and fast too...any ideas?

Make paste of 2 garlic pods, boil in 1/2 glass of water .Remove after one boil , when tolerable mix some salt and gargle with it . You may repeat hourly. you will feel good.
I would suggest having some hot tea with lemon and honey...maybe something like mint or chamomile.
I would also gargle with warm salt water before bed.
orange juice always helps me

Gargle your throat with salt water and take a multivitamin capsule for five days.
really fast relief: a shot of apple cider vingegar. google that. it cures everything. swear. man up and get over the taste/smell. try mixing it with apple juice.
Try this recipe: boil coca-cola with ginger to make a hot drink.
I do drink this when get cold or sore throat.
What works for me is to make a solution of apple cider vineger, honey and water. Then gargle as needed and swallow. I heard another one today, that I am going to try, its a little weird but worth a try. You are suppose to spread Vicks Vapor Rub on the bottom of your feet before you go to sleep, and since your feet have a lot of pores this is suppose to pull the bad stuff out of your body.
Hey When I get a sore throat I just simply boil some water and let it cool a little and add some salt. Gargle it 2 times per day and in no time you should be feeling great. If not you should seek medical advice.
PS don't swallow the water. Don't be in a rush while gargling as this is very soothing.

Try this, it is made by a company called Quantum, it is called a therazinc spray. It works!!!, find it in health food stores.
