Why does my bottle of chelatin supositories aka DETOXOMIN say...?!
Question: Should not take if nursing. I'm just wondering what is bad about it passing to the baby if it has already been filtered out through my body and is not potent anymore and it is purely good for you. If it isnn't potent anymore and if it is it is much less and it is still natural and not thought to be harmful. Plus I know and read about how things of that nature just have to put that incase of law suites. Because everything even my friends prescribed pre natal vitmains had the same warning. And just alittle fyi for those who are concerned that i will do so without consulting with my Dr. forget about it. I wouldn't do that. I was just ordering them again for the second time for my husband and decided i should also take them but i might nurse if my milk comes in because it hasn't seemed to yet if it all.

When one takes a chelating additive, it will detox your body throughout. You may also secrete toxins out through your milk, and that would be taken in by baby. It is not the chelatin itself that is the concern; it is what it pulls out in one fell swoop.
