This is a menopause question...Do you sweat profusely or just a little bit where!

I went through menopause about three years ago.I have been one of the lucky ones who sweat just a little bit.
I attribute my easy menopause to the fact, that I have been working out at least 3 times a week for about 45 minutes.Bike riding and other aerobic like activities included.
I also have been drinking at least one glass of soy milk a day.
Soy is a natural source of estrogen.In addition to this I have been driking sage tea.It will calm your nerves system as well as it works against sweating.

..... I'm not in menopause but i have found the certain dry ( found at Wal-mart) helps with sweating. Its like roll on deodorant. I dont know any natural ways.... there is surgery but that is extreme. You could always google it. Hope that helps

The lady I know just feels really hot, she doesn't necessarily sweat.

I am in perimenopause and sometimes have hot flashes every 30 minutes. Black cohosh has helped my symptoms slightly.
