Check out http://www.jeannerose.net/. I read a great aromatherapy book by her. Unfortunately I don't have it anymore and cannot remember the name of it. If you're looking to buy oils I suggest http://www.sourcevital.com/. They carry quality oils and they have a wide range.
The book I grab most frequently is an out of print little paperback titled "Holistic Aromatherapy" by Christine Wildwood. All of her books are good, and available used on Amazon.
