Word of caution, if you're involved in Young Living Oils the guy and his wife are crooks. My wife started spending money on this stuff. Gary Young claims to be a ND but isn't. He was in a sting operation several years ago and arrested. They closed his clinic in Utah for almost killing a women. Investigate your product. I use many forms of products to stay healthy. I like POSH gardens, Good luck.
