Try yoga! I have had some bad headaches and migranes, And yoga has cured them and made me feel at least 90% better 100% of the time! You can go into a yogic sleep and feel soothed by the world around you! Maybe have her take a nap, a warm bubble bath and remember to keep things quiet if not silent.
I hope this helps!

tell her to go into a dark, room where it is somewhat colder. put a pillow on her head and just breathe in and out. i do it all the time when i get headaches

dark room, cool washcloth over her eyes and forehead and total peace and quiet.. draw the curtians/blinds and let her just relax.. maybe if she can take it,some real low soft music.. and shut the door and let her be.... every now and then check on her and re do the wash cloth again... good luck

i use deep breathing exercises. slow deep breaths, also stay in a quiet, dark, cool place. put an ice pack on her forehead and a warm pack on her shoulders and back of her neck. best wishes.

find a willow tre and collect some bark from it. Boil The bark and make a tea and drink it. (is a form of asprin)

Rub the webs of the feet---those are the pressure points used to get rid of a headache

Sex is a really good way to relieve headaches

wow, I get massive migrains all the time, and the remedies I have tried(which are many), dark quiet room, a cup of coffee & an excedrin, run hands under the hottest water you can stand, soak her head lying backwards in the tub, ice pack, have someone rub her head, put face over some steam....GEEZ, I really have tried many!! Some sound weird, but some do work!! Good luck to the moma to be!!

You might want to try using a small herbal pack on the forehead or take some peppermint/spearmint essential oils (make sure you mix it with a base oil such as olive oil, grapeseed oil, apricot kernal oil,or jojoba oil so as not to irritate the skin),then using a cotton ball, apply this mixture to the temple area of the forehead. If this does not work,I'd say try some acupresssure!!

Talk to a doctor. A lot of medications and herbal products are bad news for fetuses. Regardless of what some of these morons will tell you, natural doesn't mean safe. Snake venom is natural. Hemlock is natural. Have her talk to a doctor or a pharmacist (they tend not to charge and it's their job to be drug experts).

Rosemary is good for headaches. I do not think a pregnant woman should drink the tea without consulting her doctor first.

Rosemary oil on the temples and in a warm bath help. Just smelling rosemary helps my headaches.
