Nope. It's not one of those "feel good" king of drugs. It's to make your stomach feel better.
I really wouldn't know. But like the previous person stated it is to fix a problem and won't get you high. So if you are taking them for that you will just make yourself sick.
Dude, why try and get high in the first place by taking some think you know little about.
Let say you take them instead of getting high or "feel good". you like crash and get burnt.or even dead!
Instead of tring to exscape reality why not try and make a change to reality.
If you really want to exscape why not invest in meditation. Learn to control your self in thus learn to control others with a more powerful you through meditation.
