The feeling is like not getting enough oxygen from breathing. Like the way you feel in your chest when you hold your breath for a long time.

Please don't simply say that I am starving. I could think of that one all by myself.

First of all, get off the diet immediately. It could very well be nothing wrong with the diet, but that doesn't mean your body won't react to it poorly. As with any diet, even a short term one, your doctor should be consulted before going on it. He may be able to point out potential problems with you specifically going on the diet. For example, some prescriptions you are on may be totally nullified if you drink grapefruit juice, although this will generally be specified somewhere on the prescription bottle.

It may be also that you are allergic to something in the juices you are taking; perhaps something that never manifested before this diet because you never had that item in such quantity before. This could be causing you to feel out of breath.

dosen,t sound good , your body could be deprived of vitiams and its making you sick, try webmd.com or familydoctor.org maybe that will help you

Look up metabolic acidosis
