What's a natural cure for brittle fingernails?!

Question: Silica. It is the best. I run a health food shop and I find this is the one most people come back for and it makes you nails like glass, not only that but it makes your hair stronger and it great for the skin.

Theres a few different ways to get silica;
-Its derived from horsetail, so you can get it in a horsetail supplement, tea, tincture etc.

-Tissue salts, look for silica or a hair and nail combo. They are cheap and seem to be effective.

-Homeopathic silica, same as tissue salts as far as effectiveness goes.

-Mineral derived silica, this to me is the best way of taking silica. It is a gel or comes in capsule. The gel is the best and out of all my customers this is the one I see the best results. It costs more but is worth it.

Silica is also found in sea vegetables,oats, cucumbers, brown rice, watercress.

Silica helps with calcium absorbtion and will make your bones strong also.

Heres a nail strengthening juice thats high in calcium also;
Juice watercress, carrots, green pepper, dandelion and cucumber and kale if available.

"Silicea" is a brand name for the gel I was talking about, ask at your local health shop.

All the best.
