I haven't used it personally, but I've had a bunch of patients use it. Every one of them has had a positive response. Honestly, it has shocked me. Some women who have been smoking for 30 years put the cigs down over a weekend. You have to go to an accupuncturist; not some doc who does accupuncture on the side. I'm sure there's an accupuncturist near you, search in the yellow pages near you. Good luck
