Well, something being "wrong" is generally a socially decided concept.
A natural cure existing for a incurable disease is somewhat problematic since it costs a lot less than the current alternatives and cannot be patented (and give lots of money to pharma companies). Since these groups have a lot of power to influence public opinion, they can hence effectively make what they consider bad (ie. cheap cures to cash cow diseases) be viewed as being "wrong."
On the flip side, right or wrong can also be an objective concept (although this one is much harder to agree upon the exact definition of). In that case, natural cures tend to be "right" since they get the job done effectively without any downsides, and prevent a lot of human suffering.

There are a lot of cures floating around that treat cancer much better than chemo therapy. I've investigated about 10 of them, and I found 4 were junk, 3 did a bit (this is where I'd put chemo), and 3 were amazingly effective.
I have no idea if the hemp oil method works as well as it's claimed (since at the end of the day, you can only trust first hand experience for these types of things, and I have none here), but if it does what is claimed, then it's just another example of a pretty common pattern.

The rockefellers control most of the medical system, and people who practice therapies which threaten the industry tend to get arrested or harassed. I know accupuncturists who got raided by swat teams for practicing a decade ago. It's just kinda how the system works. It's getting better now, but things like what happened to the guy in Canada are still pretty common.

Never heard of it. But the notion that this glop could cure anything impresses me as being silly.

No it isnt wrong and no i havent tried it.

There is no medicine in allopathy for cancer treatment . Only medicine is to delay the death and reduce pain.
Yoga is the best for cancer treatment if it is allowed in one's country.

According to the pharmaceutical companies and cancer industry raking in the billions and billions... It is a crime to heal with non toxic natural means. Cancer is the second largest grossing money maker to the number one gross money maker... Oil.

There is more money in treatment than a cure and they are laughing at people like you and I right now... All the way to the bank.

I've always known that foods in our echo system provide micro nutrients that help the body create wellness and that drugs mask symptoms because we are not chemotherapy and radiation deficient.

The same thing happened to this man in the United States... A swat team took this man away while holding his family at gun point for curing people of certain cancers http://www.altcancer.com Without a trial!

FDA, are they here to protect us? Think again, I just watched CBS last week: http://www.cbsnews.com/stories/2008/02/1...
