How many drops of food-grade H2O2 do you put in water for human consumption?!

Question: Hmm...that's suprising. Normally I agree with the people above me, but they're a bit off here.

First off, (I assume you know this) hydrogen peroxide at a high concentration (food grade=35%) should never be swallowed (and if touched will burn your skin and sting for about 20 mins).
At a strong concentration, it is "caustic" and awful etc.
However, at a low concentration it is not; quite the contrary it has amazing effects. I've sucessfully used it for curing various things including food poisoning and candida.

Here's my brief attempt to detail everything I know on the subject (I have some peroxide I do this with on a regular basis).
1) Distilled water is not necessarily ideal, filtered is good but distilled specifically can cause problems.
2) I don't know what the exact amount you would want in a gallon mixture would be, but you probably would not want to make that much at a time (ideally you should make the mixure you drink within an hour, hence gallon is impractical).
3) The reason for needing to dilute food grade peroxide (instead of using more dilluted store bought varieties) comes from the latter having stabilizing chemicals added in (which are toxic regardless of the concentration to ingest).
4) 35% peroxide somewhat avoids the decomposition problem (hence not needing stabilizers), but it is still an issue, so it's best to store it in the freezer. Peroxide has a low freezing point, so it won't turn solid, but the cold is sufficient to keep the break down reaction from occuring (which is important).
5) There's a lot of divided opinions in the oxygen therapy movment over what the best way is to get peroxide in the bloodstream. Some people support intravenous injections, others support ingesting. There are a lot of pros and cons for each, and at the end of the day there just isn't the research to prove either side.
However, one of the biggest concerns with eating peroxide, is that when it's in the stomach, the broken down foods can cause H2O2 to brake into hydroxl (OH-) radicals which are bad for you (and cause problems like stomach cancer). It's not clear if this is a real risk, but everyone advocates drinking peroxide away from meals so the substances which allow OH- generation to occur won't be present in the stomach (so drink it 1-2 hours away from meals).
6) Since there isn't a huge amount of research, that's been done on peroxide, the "optimal dosage has not been determined."
Generally though, this is what people have found works;
Start of with 1 or 2 drops of 35% in a glass of water that you drink once a day.
Gradually raise it up to 3 drops. Over time the body gets used to the increased concentrations, and it will be easy to tell when you can up it. (3-6 days is normally how long it takes to get used to the increments without feeling off).
At some point, a level will be hit which feels about right and people won't want to go beyond (commonly 5-6). When you hit that point, stay there.
Never go above 10 drops. If you still feel ok, it means your sensitivity to your body is probably lacking.
The maximum ammount hit to some degree varies with the health state of the body. If you have a nasty condition you want to clear out, it's alright to go a bit about what feels comfortable (but never above 10).
Conversely, if you feel alright and it's just a matter of taking the peroxide as a supplement, it should be done at a lower dosage than what feels like your max (ie. 2-3 a day instead).

Lastly, oftentimes when people use peroxide, it cleans a lot of toxins out of the system, so there's often a brief period where you feel a lot worse as the toxins are being discharged. If that comes up, do what feels right, but keep in mind that there's an actual basis for this reaction.
Once the toxins clear out, people tend to feel a lot better though.

Hope that helps. If you have further questions I'd be happy to help you. It's suprising how much of a pain a lot of this information is to get ahold of.
H2O2 is an amazing chemical, and I continue to be amazed at its health effects (and almost non existent cost).
I hope that you can get some benefits as well!

Why would you want to drink hydrogen peroxide? I know someone who uses it to wash fresh produce and I don't know what dilution she uses.

Another person I know uses it to "disinfect" the raw meat she feeds her cats and dog.

food grade is highly caustic..do not drop on your skin
get a better reference than you will find here

anything depend on the body................
