yes there is a lot of valid research out there that indicates it is effective.

I don't think so. But I don't buy that stuff for the effect it's supposed to have on me. I buy it because I think it smells good. And so I don't care. :)

I reckon it works brilliantly?I haven't tried all the different oils out there on offer ~ that would be a big ask ~ but what i've used works brilliantly and smells lovely also?

A few drops of lavender oil in a warm bath whilst you soak for 15 - 20 minutes does wonders for stress levels;
Lavender is also renowned for its effective relief of the pain andinflammation caused by arthritis, lumbago, muscular aches and pains, rheumatism, sciatica and muscularpain arising from tension. Massaging with oils such as this is a brilliant way to utilise them?
A few drops of peppermint oil placed onto a cotton ball is an excellent inhalant when you have a cracking headache ~ just make sure you don't rub it on your skin as it may irritate it;
Eucalyptus oil is good as an inhalant when you have the flu or a nasty cold ~ simply put a few drops into a salad bowl full of hot water, drape a towel over your head to form a tent and inhale the wonderfull steamy vapours to loosen mucous and congestion in your chest. Eucalyptus oil placed in the bath will also relieve sore and achy muscles.

Eucalyptus oil is also an excellent antiviral and antibacterial and its actions will deter further growth of bacteria or viruses?so put a few drops of it into a spray bottle full of warm water and use this mixture to wipe all surfaces in your kitchen, bedrooms, bathroom and restroom to sanitise and cleanse and purify the air?

It is always best to spend the extra on the pure organic essential oils as their goodness is still wholly intact and will be far more beneficial for therapeutic purposes.

CHEERS
?

Well it really works for me.

.

Of course it does, if a smell can make you feel sick, it stands to reason that a scent could also make you feel better.

Give it a try:

Lavender - great for headaches.
Chamomile - very relaxing.
Lemon - energizing.
Peppermint - reduces nausea.

Absolutely. But it is necessary to use only 100% therapeutic grade essential oils. As a massage therapist and aromatherapist, I only use Young Living Essential Oils. I have just recently started a yahoo group to share what I know about the healing properties of these oils. They are wonderful for killing viruses and bacteria; and doing a liver cleanse. I share them with my clients for physical and emotional well being. As mentioned previously, peppermint is wonderful for any type of headache, it is also a fantastic anti-inflamatory. However, if you can not put the oil on your body, you shouldn't even smell it as it is most likely contaminated. I ingest Young Living's peppermint oil as I do with many others. Thieves Blend is great for the immune system and killing viruses that cause influenza, and other pathogens. You can smell the difference. If you are interested in learning more about essential oils contact me or join the new yahoo group at

IN SOME CASES IT REALY WORKS. FOR EXAMPLE I FORGOT MY IMPOTENCY. MY GIRL IS HAPPY WITH ME. PLZ VISIT SOME AROMATHERAPIST. BUT BE SURE IT CAN NOT CURE FOR ALL DECEASES.
