I've heard Hydroxycut is a good supplement, but I don't know from personal experience.

Fat burning supplements are a fad. They sound appealing because all you purportedly have to do is swallow something, and that will increase your metabolic rate. It isn't so.

There are many reasons why people can't lose weight and you need to consult in respect to this for a thorough assessment. See a good naturopath, herbalist or acupuncturist who will be able to advise you appropriately.

I would recommend doing a cleanse and preparing the body for health. I do regular cleanses of the liver and gull bladder and as well as colon cleanses. I also work out regularly and use a product call slimerex. It has worked well and i have lost the weight i needed to.

I was watching a program on the health channel last night prepared by Dr. Oz. There was a study done in Denmark using milk products - milk, yogurt, cheese etc. that showed calcium in dairy products actually inhibited fat absorption in the body by 50%. They actually weighed the poop and ascertained the amount of fat in it comparing it with a group of people who did not consume the dairy. The people in the dairy group lost weight.

So try using some low or non-fat dairy products in your diet by substituting calorie intake with them.

So much for watching TV when you DON'T have any interest in the Oscar ceremonies! At 76 I have been a prodigious milk drinker all my life and love to snack on cheese. I have never had a weight problem and that may be because I take after my thin grandmother and not my fat one. Recent studies have shown that calcium is great for colon health too.
