Haven't tried it, but it mostly depends upon how far along you really are. If you are past 8 weeks, then herbals won't help anymore as you need to be no more than 6-8 weeks. Results should be within 2-3 days of beginning treatment.
Please get to a crisis pregnancy center..........there are so many options. To answer your question, I think you would hurt yourself trying any stuff like that. Things that Native Americans and old timey remedies used aren't available easily and I doubt it would work. I certainly wouldn't try anything like that. Some of the herbs you may have heard of are available to buy, but they are very weak and don't induce labor until used in massive quantities and you'd probably kill your liver before giving yourself (or whomever) an abortion.
If the herbs kill your fetus they will probably kill you too. Don't be stupid, see a real doctor if you need an abortion.
There are herbal solutions that will cause an abortion, but I don't recommend using it. It will abort the fetus, and not kill you. I agree with the other respondents that you should talk to a counselor before running to the abortion clinic. You may find help you didn't know was there.

i've never heard of that. but if you're farther than 8-12 weeks, that's a very bad idea. you don't want to hurt your baby and then have him/her born with problems. adoption is something you could look into.
Herbals don't always work, and if any tissue is left behind it could cause a massive infection.
If you must have one, you will be safer with with the surgical procedure, or the RU 486 pill if you're less than 8 weeks along.

Sure, "anybody" will have tried it and made experiences (from "happens nothing at all" to perilous sepsis and death of both mother and child).
