Has anyone used allderol or provengil for Fibromyalgia and has it helped your en!

I have knowns a few people in my practice that have been able to rid themselves completly of Fibromyalgia. I would look at doing a cleanse..not a drug.

friend takes it--she says allderol helps a little for her--she can't take the other--she says tylenol#3 helps her more with the allderol, but she is never out of pain and still has really bad days.

I used Provigil for a brief time to help with Fibromyaglia. I didn't like the way it made me feel. It seemed, too, that I had more tight muscles in my neck and shoulders. That is, Provigil, being a drug that increases alertness also increased tenseness in my muscles. I stopped taking it.

Also, know that you can probably take a much smaller dose of the medicine than is usually prescribed. I broke a 50 mg. tablet into four pieces and could still feel the effects.

I had a friend who tried them both and nothing worked. She started seeing an Herbalist/Naturalist who gave her this pink-grapefruit/peppermint salve and it did wonders. I think it's a mixture of essential oils and coconut oil. It was her own brand so I can't give you the brand name, but I would imagine that it wouldn't be too hard to make. A few drops of each essential oil into a small amount of coconut oil would due it.

hi i have a client with this condition, he has a massage once a fortnight to help his aching muscles, he finds it very good and i can see the difference in him, of course this is not a cure but he benefits from it.
