Cure for sore throat and headaches?!

Sore throat, obviously try lemon and honey. They are both germ killers and help with healing.

For head aches, try anti inflmmatory herbs.

For myself I put cinnamon in my tea, it's a nervous system relaxer and works for me. Or peppermint tea is very soothing.

Headache. Except perhaps for colds, headaches and migraines are probably the most common human ailment. Three out of four Americans had a headache or a migraine during the past year, according to the National Headache Foundation.
