Naturopaths, What do they do? What is their training & certification?!

Question: Taking in a little bit here and there on my own, I decided to get proper training. I'm currently enrolled @ Clayton College of Natural Health. I have been procrasting and looking @ my curriculum we are gonna cover a lot of subjects that's almost similar to a medical doctor yet some "weird" courses that's not part of a standard doctor.
Learning to grasp the cause of the illness/sickness rather than just covering up symptoms or not the true healing would be my motto.
I chose the full route and when finished Ph.D. level.

they treat the patient as a whole, and they have to study many courses to achieve this certification. The classes pertain to every aspect of an holistic approach to treating and healling a person of the condition that makes them seek a natural doctor, because usually these people want a natural approach to their issues ,not a synthethic, prescription approach to their issues.hope this helps good luck.

Naturopaths include the entire body in a holistic approach, which is to find the "cause" of the disease rather than masking symptoms.

Naturopaths insist on working in cooperation of the patients medical doctor to share medical charts and information. They more often than not, find a cancer or disease that conventional doctors have missed because they simply overlooked it due to insurance restraints, like limited time and what insurance will pay for and not pay for.

When this occurs, the Naturopath will fax this information to the patients medical doctor and will work in tandem with the patient.

Naturopaths still suffer the slings and arrows of conventional doctors who have no relationship with them or don't know them, because they save people from unnecessary invasive surgeries and treatments through a holistic approach, and it sounds too good to be true for conventional practicing doctors who don't understand how or why this works. Its kind of threatening to them, because after all, they are human beings first... And make the same assumptions a lot of us make.

That if there were a reversal of a disease without chemo and radiation, then we would be doing it, too. Which is not how medical doctors are trained. They are trained in "treatment" not the cause. They practice medicine and they practice these drugs on you.

When a Naturopath reverses a disease without surgery and drugs, this flies in the face of conventional riskier treatments and is threatening to main stream medical paradigms, after all... Who's going to pay for their Mercedes when its time to go home at the end of the day? Big pharma does.

For example, I had to take my friend to a Naturopath for his blindness, because there is no known medical cure for his type of eye disease. He had stem cell therapy from his own bone marrow and regained his site.

The Naturopaths certifications that he went to see? They are extensive, PH D with a CVC that would make most doctors cringe with inexperience. However, despite his certifications and training and experience... He is still looked down upon by many conventional doctors.

It's a shame, really. This is keeping his practice from being covered by insurance even though his practice is FDA approved. So, it is expensive and this man is not rich. He just wants to leave his mark on this earth reversing what is considered non reversible.
